    “They are never too busy to answer the phone”
    I have seen their trucks all over town, (hard to miss their cool trucks). It seems like they are very busy however they are never too busy to answer the phone or return the call within the half hour and that in and of itself is unbelievable. We have a 21 unit office building and Pipe Masters have done lots of work for us without a single complaint from anyone. I had an emergency at my home and they were there within half an hour. Promptness & Reliability ........ not much more to say after that! Please feel free to call me at any time and I will talk for half an hour about Pipe Masters.

    “Everything about my experience was top notch”
    Bathtub faucet was running, tried to do troubleshooting, but in the end knew I had to call a plumber.  Remembered that PipeMasters were fast in fixing our building's leaking pipe previously.  Figured since they knew my building's system I'd give them a call.

    From Danny answering the phone asking what my issue was, and Arvin scheduling me, everything went so smoothly.  They have a great feature where they text you where your plumber is at, in transit etc.  Devin was right on time, and he was very nice and knowledgeable.  He was quick too, once we got the water shut off, he was in to diagnosis, get the needed parts, and fix everything up in less then 3 hours!

    Their pricing is also very reasonable to me. They send you a great detailed PDF invoice. Everything about my experience was top notch. Will definitely give them a call again if I have any plumbing issues.

    “The price and customer service were so excellent”
    This is the first time I have ever had to call a plumber so I found this company through Yelp. The technicians were very professional and fixed my bathroom sink quickly. My technician was very knowledgable and thoroughly explained what was done. I also received a detailed invoice that was the same price that was quoted prior to the service.

    The price and customer service were so excellent, I called them a week later to replace my kitchen faucet. I emailed Arvin a faucet I had in mind. A couple days later the same technician arrived and installed it within a couple of hours. I plan to use Pipe Masters again in the future.

    “Helped me save money and taught me ways to save”
    My fiance and I recently purchased a home and it needed major plumbing work as we found out that there was a gap in between the sewer line of one of the bathrooms.  I also wanted to install another water spigot on the other side of our house, fix a broken cleanout cap, and fix 2 bathroom shower spigots.  I looked desperately for a plumber on Yelp and the BBB.  I called and emailed several companies and did not get any luck.

    When I got a call from Pipe Masters I was very happy that they could send someone the same day for free estimate of my plumbing problems.  Later that day I see the Pipe Masters logo truck pull up and I meet George one of the plumbers of Pipe Masters and his co worker.  I showed George all the plumbing issues I had around the house and he gave me tips of what needed to be fixed by my self and what they could do.  That was helpful as it can save me $.  The estimate was very reasonable and I agreed for them to work on the house the following week.

    On the day of the plumbing fix, George was prompt and on time and with another co worker, Rory, to help him.  They both worked very hard for the whole day to fix my gap in my sewer line and replace it with brand new pipes.  They made a new water spout I wanted on the other side of the house and even helped me save more $ as George figured out I did not need a water regulator in my home as there was one already bc the water pressure was good around the home.

    Overall I really appreciate George and his coworkers as they worked very hard in a small crawl space under my home.  George helped me save money and taught me ways to save in plumbing costs in the future.  I appreciate the professionalism of George and all the workers of Pipe Masters.  They are prompt with email and text updates and provided nicely presented estimates and invoices.  I thought the IPad uses in the estimate and invoicing was nice, as Pipe Masters is up to date with today's modern technology.

    Thank you Pipe Masters for coming to the rescue for my plumbing woes.  I will definitely use Pipe Masters again in the future!

    “Well equipped with all the cutting edge technologies”
    Very professional, very knowledgeable, and well equipped with all the cutting edge technologies that make them stand out from the rest. We had a kitchen sink leak inside the CMU wall of a building. Pipe Masters came out within a day, scoped and videotaped the cracked pipe and gave us various solution options. We were very pleased with their professionalism and assessment of the situation which allowed us to make the best decision for our budget.

    This was my first time I used this company and by the time I talked to the secretary I knew I was going to like its service. Trudy is the lady that answers the phone and she was so nice and gave all my information that I needed, very informative and easy to understand. The following day at the exact time, the plumbers showed at the door, and in less than 30 minutes the job was done. Again both guys were so nice, and it was a pleasure to listen and really understand what they have to say I would give the company more stars, but I am allowed only to give 5. Great, great company. Thank you to all of you

    Overall our experience with Pipe Master was painless and smooth.

    The staff who answers the phone and dispatches the plumbers were very courteous, professional and timely with their call backs. I love the fact they send updates with your appointments and forward info on your plumber assigned to the job.

    Our assigned plumber, Benard was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly troubleshoot an issue we had during the job and skillfully accomplished his task.

    I am a long time customer of Pipemasters. Why? Because they are awesome! The scheduler is always friendly and responsive. I get a notification when the assigned plumber is on his way. The plumbers are also friendly and responsive as well as knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. My favorite plumber is George. George is the best! He explains things clearly and obviously knows his stuff.

    If you need minor plumbing work done or are interested in trenchless sewer lining, call Pipe Masters first. I had my sewer lined a few years ago and no more clogged toilet issues!

    “Exceeded my expectations on the experience”
    I called Pipe Masters back in February for an estimate to “redo” the main water line pipe into our house. I needed the transition from PVC to copper pipe redone, a new pressure regulator installed and a section of the copper pipe removed. Everyone I dealt with was very professional from the person answering the phones, to Arvin who patiently sat through me explaining my “odd” situation to understand what I wanted to do, as well as Bernard and apprentice Michael who showed up to do the estimate and work. Bernard and Michael showed up on time and were very courteous, attentive, and efficient. I like to watch and learn and Bernard was fine with that and walked me through what they were doing and why. I’m sure it slowed him down a bit but he didn’t show any irritation about it, so I am very thankful. :) The day they came it was wet and rainy and the area they had to work in was not the easiest or out of the rain but that didn’t bother them at all. They did the repair quickly without sacrificing quality and exceeded my expectations on the experience. I also got a call back soon after to check if everything went well and if I had any other questions. I would definitely use Pipe Masters again in the future and would recommend them to others.

    I enjoy hiring technicians that have pride in their work. I've used Pipe Masters 4 times now and I was lucky enough to have the same tech and his assistant all 4 times. Repeat workers around the place make the job go easier. They know the house and its intricacies. Devin the tech and his assistant Micah are top-notch. On-time, polite, going the extra mile. Never had a call back from all of their jobs. The office dispatcher Arvin does a great job. Professional, detailed, courteous on the phone. It's just how I'd like a company to run if I owned it.

    Pipe Masters was recommended by my contractor to fix a difficult plumbing job. A crack in a cast iron drain line was leaking threatening a condo below us. Pipe Masters ran an inspection camera and recommended to replace the pipe avoiding catastrophic damage. Bernard, Pipe Masters Technician, correctly diagnosed the problem and corrected it saving us from future headaches and expenses. Pipe Masters was very professional and prompt. They protected the condo from dust and dirt very well with plastic sheets and canvas on the floor. Upon completion, Bernard and his assistant thoroughly cleaned the affected area.     Imagine prepping dinner for a party of 12 and suddenly discovering your kitchen faucet has sprung a BIG leak! I was frantic with just a few hours before my guests arrived and half the meal uncooked. I found Pipe Masters on Yelp with positive reviews and gave them a call. I’m so glad I did!!! Trudy took my call and assured me someone would be out to help me between 3-5pm. By 2:45, I was sent a text saying my guy was headed to my house! I was so relieved!!! Devin was my hero for the day! He came in, assessed the situation (broken faucet) and told me exactly how much it would be to fix (flat rate). By 4pm, I had a brand new faucet and thankfully got my meal on the table for my guests in time! Thank you Pipe Masters!!!

They lay out all cost upfront so you are not surprised by added/hidden cost. They stick to what they say and the technicians who come to do the work show their experience and attention to doing quality work. You may pay a little bit more but if you want peace of mind, what you pay is well worth it. With a 2x positive experience they'll definitely be one company I'd use again and refer to others.

    “Very professional and so helpful”
    Was referred to Pipe Masters after conducting a home inspection and needed a plumber to do a sewer inspection. Danny & Arvin were great at scheduling and setting up the appointment. Arvin was very knowledgeable with scope of work being done and explained the process and how much it would cost. After my phone call, I received a detailed reminder text about my appointment for the next day.

    On the day of the appointment, I received a text letting me know that the technician, George, was en route to the property. It even gave a link to track him! I thought that was pretty cool (Arvin mentioned it was similar to Uber lol). While there, both technicians were very professional and so helpful.

    Immediately after they were done, I had already received their report through email. This was very important as no time was wasted wondering when we would receive report notes and we were able to plan the next steps seamlessly.

    Thank you so much to the Pipe Masters team again for their wonderful service! Would definitely use again and recommend to others. :)
